We’ve put together a number of routes that we use on a Tuesday evening for our Club runs. These all start and finish at the Clubhouse. We rotate through a number of different routes that each have variations of distance usually 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 miles. We have Winter routes and Summer routes, the main difference being that our Summer routes make use of the open parks and off street running that we can do in our area. Strava links are provided for these routes which mean you can follow them using a phone and there are also paper copies available on a Tuesday evening.

At the moment, while we are meeting in Dulwich Park in small groups on a Tuesday evening we will use the 5 mile routes in rotation.
