Welcome to Dulwich Park Runners
Dulwich Park Runners is a friendly and welcoming running club based in Dulwich
Dulwich Park Runners (DPR)
DPR has over 100 members of all abilities. We meet at 7:30pm on Tuesdays at the Trevor Bailey Sports Centre, on the south circular, opposite Dulwich Park. We always welcome new runners so if you’d like to come along head over to our contact us page to let us know to expect you. There is additional information on how to find us.
You can improve your consistency, speed and stamina!
Belonging to a running club makes a huge difference to your running. Weekly club runs give you the opportunity to run with other people at your own pace to maintain and improve your fitness and to become that bit faster and stronger. Our club runs include social runs (routes available here), regular coaching sessions to develop your running, and the popular monthly HANDICAP race designed to stretch and challenge you. Members also meet in Dulwich Park on most Sunday mornings for a social run.
Compete in races!
Running in competitions is fun and exciting, and develops your performance. Races also give you something to aim for, a goal to strive towards.
Start running for the first time!
Then join one of our successful beginners courses. Organised twice a year in the Spring and Autumn, the courses really work and will get you into action.
Meet new friends!
For many, the greatest asset of the club is the opportunity to meet new friends with a shared interest. There’s a range of social events and opportunities available at DPR.
The annual subscription, including membership of England Athletics, amounts to less than £1.00 per week.
If you like the sound of what you have read, come along and run with us to see if we’re the running club for you. So that we know to expect you please fill out the form on the contact us page.
Do also email us if you have any other questions. We are happy to help.
