It is almost time for the stand out event of the DPR social calendar, the annual dinner!

Venue: Crown and Greyhound, Dulwich Village
Our annual dinner is the night of the year where we get rid of the lycra, dress up and have a fantastic evening. As well as a brilliant meal we also hand out various awards and medals members have won in the previous 12 months, from the coveted Handicap Trophy and Attendance Shield to summer league and cross country attendance medals.
This year we are trying a new approach to a long-established club event and will be holding the Annual Dinner in an upstairs function room at the Crown and Greyhound. The event is fully catered, with a formal, three-course meal and as for the dress code: posh frocks and suits please!
The ticket price is £27.50 per person, there will be a welcome drink on arrival (huge thank you to our anonymous benefactor!) and drinks will then be available to buy at a bar in the room.
Tickets will be on sale until 18th January 2020 and you can view the menu by clicking on the button below.
How to buy your ticket
First we need you to make your menu choices by filling in the form below.
Once you have filled in the form and submitted it you will see a confirmation message.
If you are just buying one ticket you then need to scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your name again in the bottom box and click on the add to cart button (we can’t make your name appear in the bottom box automatically, sorry!). Once you’ve clicked the add to cart button you will go to the PayPal website where you can make the payment. You’ll know if you have done everything right if you receive an email from DPR with your menu choices and an email from PayPal confirming payment. Please allow half an hour for the various emails to come through.
If you are ordering more than one ticket, once you’ve filled in the form and you’ve seen a confirmation message with your meal choices you then need to fill the form in again for any more tickets you would like. You should see another confirmation message every time you fill in the form.
When you’ve submitted all the menu choices you want to, scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the name of one of your party in the box at the bottom and then click the add to cart button. You’ll then be taken to the PayPal website. Once you’re on the PayPal website you then need to select the total number of tickets you need (it will not automatically select the correct number of tickets for you). Once you’ve got the right number of tickets you then need to pay. You’ll know you’ve done everything right if you get an email from DPR for each menu choice and a single email from PayPal for the purchase of all of your tickets. Please allow half an hour for the various emails to come through.

You will then return to the DPR website and you should receive an email from PayPal confirming payment for the total number of tickets and an email from DPR for each set of meal choices you have made.
