We hold monthly yoga sessions at the clubhouse on Thursday evenings 8.00pm to 9.15pm. See the latest newsletter for upcoming dates.
The sessions are tailored to suit runners aiming to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of running-related injuries.

Our yoga instructor, Carla Dixon, has been teaching DPR members how to add yoga to their training regime for many years. She brings her background of running to support us with safe stretching and flexibility. Carla has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years and trained in the Iyengar method in the ’90s. She teaches yoga classes, workshops and corporate yoga sessions across the South East in gyms, schools, clubhouses and most recently in prisons; sessions can also be arranged privately at her home.

In order to continue to be able to provide yoga sessions we are asking members to make a contribution to the cost of holding the sessions. We’ve set up the form below which will allow you to pay for the remaining 9 sessions of 2019 in one go for £30 or we can accept a £5 cash payment on the evening of the session if you don’t want to commit to the whole year at once. Both options are still subsidised by the club.
