Introduction to Faster Running

Want to get faster but don’t know where to start? The introduction to faster running course could be the answer.

A 4 week course led by Susan to take place on consequetive Saturday mornings at 10.15 approximately (immediately after the autumn beginners course) starting 14th September, but subject to ladies cross country dates yet to be advised. Aimed both at ex-beginners and any other DPR member of any pace who feels that they have settled into their comfort zone and would like to run a little faster, but are not ready or not available to take part in the Improvers Squad.

It will introduce exercises to help you improve speed that you can take away and practice in your regular running. The course will take about an hour and will involve running approximately 1 mile. Meet at the ‘Beginners bench’ near the black barrier inside the College Gate entrance to Dulwich Park. The fee for the course is £20 payable in advance by paypal. For information the fee will be 50% split between the club and Susan (details of coaching qualifications available on request).
